Key Responsibilities
  • General office administrative support (handling mail, managing deliveries, basic documentation)
  • Accompany and assist during facility-related maintenance or repair work
  • Provide front desk coverage when the receptionist is away
  • Maintain and update simple tracking tables in Excel (e.g., headcount, office expenses)
  • Assist with basic PowerPoint presentations or reporting needs
