Job summary

A manufacturing company in Mandai, Singapore, is seeking an entry-level candidate for a full-time administrative role. Your responsibilities will include general admin tasks, purchasing materials, data entry, and supporting payment processing. Training will be provided to help you succeed in this position. Qualifications

  • Handle general admin tasks such as filing and scanning.
  • Responsible for purchasing and liaising with suppliers.
  • Data entry of delivery orders and invoicing.
  • Assist in payment matters by compiling and checking invoices.

Employment Type: Full-time

  • Handle general admin tasks (filing, scanning, record keeping)
  • Responsible for purchasing and sourcing of materials, liaising with suppliers for delivery issues.
  • Data entry of delivery orders and invoicing
  • Assist in payment matters — compile and check invoices and SOA at the end of the month.
Requirements:
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome (training will be provided)
  • Ability to speak Chinese (to communicate with suppliers & workers), knowledge of Excel & MYOB System is an advantage.
