A leading charity in Singapore is seeking a Nursing Aide to deliver quality daily care to residents. The ideal candidate will maintain documentation, assist in daily living activities, and promote health and wellness. Qualification requirements include NITEC in Nursing and relevant experience with patients. The position requires commitment to weekend shifts.

The Nursing Aide delivers quality daily care and supervision to residents, following care plans developed by Nursing and Allied Health Professionals. She maintains accurate and updated documentation, provides input for care plan reviews, and ensures adherence to house rules while recommending measures to mitigate risks. She also conducts activities that promote residents' health, wellness, and quality of life, and attends to their basic care needs.
A caring, patient, and responsible professional with strong leadership and team skills, she contributes effectively across voluntary welfare organisations, community, and institutional settings.
