• Design,implement, and evaluate educational programs for nursing staff andstudents.

• Promoteevidence-based teaching and learning methodologies.
• Mentorand support student nurses in acquiring clinical skills, criticalthinking, and professional behaviors.
• Monitorthe effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations forimprovement.
• Serveas a role model, inspiring professional growth, teamwork, and highstandards of nursing practice.

Key Requirements:

• Min.Degree in Nursing and fully registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• Postgraduatequalification in Education or related field.
• Min.8 - 9 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 2 years ofteaching experience in a healthcare or academic setting.
• Passionate about nursing education andprofessional development.
• Proactive, motivated, and able to serve as arole model.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, andleadership skills.
