RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform reception duties, appointment/ surgery scheduling, registration, payments, and administrative duties.
• Assist doctors during consultations, nursing procedures and nursing care (i.e. post surgery care, dispensing of medication)
• Follow through with patients to ensure coordinated care Ensure smooth and efficient running of daily operations of clinic
• Attend to phone and email enquiries
• File and maintain proper documentation
• Ensure the cleanliness of clinic
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
