Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Quality Specialist to ensure product quality from sample stage to mass production. The role requires a minimum of one year of quality experience with knowledge of NPI, FAI, and FMEA. Responsibilities include preparing documentation, conducting QC training, managing First Article Inspection Reports, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. This position offers a competitive basic salary plus AWS in an office-based environment.

Qualifications

  • Min. 1 year of quality working experience required.
  • Prior knowledge of NPI, FAI, FAIR, and FMEA is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Support & follow up NPI and FAI, ensuring quality of new products.
  • Prepare FA documentation, QC/QA reports, and sample boards.
  • Conduct trainings for QC inspectors.
  • Perform qualification validation of equipment, processes, and methods.
  • Responsible for First Article Inspection Report (FAIR).
  • Attend kick-off meetings and update quality function documents.
  • Maintain and review instruments and equipment regularly.
