Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in product development or NPI work in Wafer-level Fanout packaging or LCD/FPD production line.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry and working in a cleanroom environment.
• Knowledge in DOE, FMEA, and 8D reports.

Responsibilities

• New product development as requested by customer and internal roadmap.
• Coordinate and liaise with vendors/suppliers on process or quality issues.
• Handle customer audits and 8D reports.
