Your Role & Responsibilities

• System Design & Architecture: Strong Node.js programming skills to design and implement high-performance, scalable backend systems.
• Database Management: Experience with databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Technology Evaluation: Research and assess new technologies based on project needs to provide suitable technical solutions.
• Code & Performance Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks, optimize code and architecture to improve response speed and throughput.
• Documentation: Write technical documents including system designs, API specs, and deployment guides for team clarity and future maintenance.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, testers, and product managers to deliver projects on time with high quality.
• Web3 Experience (Preferred): Prior blockchain or web3 development experience, especially with Ethereum and Layer 2 networks, is a plus.
