Job summary

A facility maintenance company is looking for a Maintenance Technician (Air-Conditioning) for night shift work in Singapore's Alexandra North area. This role involves preventive maintenance, urgent repairs, and supervising contractors to ensure efficient building systems operations. Applicants should have a Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma and at least 3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance or construction. A valid driver's license is also required. Salary ranges from $3000 to $3500 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance or construction environments.
• Valid Class 2B or Class 3 license with own transport.
• Experience in preventive maintenance and urgent repairs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure building systems operate efficiently.
• Attend to urgent repairs involving air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing, and sanitary works.
• Perform routine inspections and general upkeep of building facilities.
• Supervise contractors for repair and rectification works.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain work records, reports, and cost control.
• Guide and support maintenance technicians and assist with ad-hoc projects.
