Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage overall operations of the club facilities.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staffs such as bartenders and waiters
• Implement strategies for improved work performance
• Managing inventory
• Identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Plan and coordinate club events and functions
• Promoting club/hiring
• Cultivate and maintain work relationships with suppliers and customers
• Ensure adherence to workplace hygiene and safety guidelines
• Develop procedures to ensure smooth daily operations to achieve company targets

Requirements

• Proven work experience in operations management in similar industry.
• Excellent problem-solving, time- management, decision-making and negotiation skills
• Great attention to details
• Be energetic, proactive, self-driven and highly motivated in driving the business operation.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with the employees, customers and regulatory authorities
• IT skills in Word and Excel is preferred.
• Willing to work night club operating hours
