Job summary

A consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking an administrative professional to support the Administration Manager. Responsibilities include managing guest reception, coordinating meeting room bookings, handling mail and couriers, and assisting with procurement tasks. Job Duties:

  • Supporting of Administration Manager
  • Attend to and receive guests at the reception on the respective floors professionally
  • Manage and coordinate meeting room calendars.
  • Assist with meeting room bookings and arrange refreshments as needed
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mails and couriers
  • Assist in office procurement (stationery supplies and name cards ordering)
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
