The Job:

• Provide administrative support to maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections

• Coordinate communications between internal teams and external contractors for facility services, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, timely delivery, and safety compliance
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in conducting safety inspections and preparing related reports
• Support routine maintenance inspections and follow-up actions
• Oversee contractor activities including installation, maintenance, and project execution

The Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance
• NTC/ITE in Engineering or equivalent
