Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor DWDM and GPON/XGSPON networks and coordinate upgrades.
• Respond to alarms and customer escalations effectively.
• Provide first-level technical support and perform diagnosis.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for project implementation.
• Drive improvement to reduce faults and enhance monitoring.
