Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hardware and software application support, including network and server infrastructure maintenance.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Office 365, Exchange, and SharePoint.
• Manage NAS backup solutions and Acronis cloud backup systems, ensuring data integrity and recovery readiness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network, server, security, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Participate in IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, system enhancements, and technology refresh initiatives.
• Assist with IT audits, ensuring compliance with security, operational, and documentation requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in server maintenance and support, application support, and network infrastructure management.
• Prior hands on experience with:
• Firewall configuration and security management
• Cloud and on-premise backup solutions (NAS, Acronis)
• VMware virtualization environments
• VPN, SD-WAN, Layer 3 switches, load balancing, and failover setups
• Strong knowledge of disaster recovery (DRP), business continuity planning (BCP), and server/network security best practices.
• Working knowledge of Linux systems and databases such as MS SQL or other relational databases.
• Experience in server and cybersecurity-related support roles will be an added advantage.
• Experience providing remote support using tools such as TeamViewer.
• Exposure to first-level ERP system support is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
