Responsibilities

• Promote ICAP as a company.
• Provide complete support to the brokers.
• Ensure timely input of trades into trading systems.
• Resolve trade queries and discrepancies.
• Identify trade opportunities and calculate strategies.
• Keep trade records up to date.
• Update market data on electronic whiteboards.
• Provide input on various projects.
• Provide daily trade details to brokers.
• Give live quotes to traders.
• Monitor markets and follow financial news.
• Understand the underlying products being traded.
• Liaise with clients to provide reliable broking service.
• Develop new business and onboard new clients.
