Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong hands on experiences in the Semiconductor industry.
• End to end ATE Test Program development, validation.
• Experience with System Level Testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop characterization and test coverage strategies/plans.
• Optimize product margin to meet business requirements.
• Foster and develop new ideas/concepts in device test/debug.

Skills

DFT and ATE test methodologies

Debug skills including Pre and Post Silicon

Strong Python/Java/Perl/C++ coding skills

Education

Bachelors/Masters in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
