Qualifications

  • Drive and operate company vehicles for residential and commercial moves.
  • Lead and guide a team of movers during on-site jobs.

Job Summary

As a Mover Driver, you will be the backbone of our daily operations—safely transporting items, leading the moving team, and delivering excellent service to our customers. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and working with a supportive team, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and operate company vehicles (Class 3/4) for residential and commercial moves

  • Lead and guide a team of movers during on-site jobs

  • Load, secure, transport, and unload items safely

  • Ensure proper handling of furniture, appliances, and fragile items

  • Conduct vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness

  • Communicate with customers professionally

  • Assist with packing, dismantling, and assembly of furniture when required

  • Follow job schedules and report updates to the operations team

Requirements
  • Minimum Class 3 or Class 4 driving licence

  • Experience in moving, delivery, or logistics preferred (training provided)

  • Physically fit and able to carry heavy items

  • Good teamwork and communication skills

  • Able to work weekends, public holidays, and overtime when required

  • Punctual, responsible, and customer-service oriented
