Overview

Vincar Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Motor Claims Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our claims processes and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Handling incoming claims enquiries and guiding customers through the claims process
  • Assessing claims and gathering all necessary documentation and evidence
  • Liaising with repairers, assessors and other stakeholders to progress claims efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed claims records in our systems
  • Providing high-quality customer service and support to policyholders
  • Identifying opportunities to improve claims processes and customer experience
Qualifications
  1. Previous experience working in a claims or customer service role, ideally within the insurance industry
  2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess and process claims effectively
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, repairers and other stakeholders
  4. A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of claims documentation
  5. Proficiency in using relevant claims management systems and software
