Job Summary

Our client, a leading international bank, is seeking an experienced Mortgage Relationship Manager to drive mortgage acquisition, manage end-to-end loan applications, and build strong referral networks with external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with property agents, brokers, and other external partners to increase mortgage referrals.
• Engage affluent and mass-market clients through campaigns, inbound enquiries, walk-ins, and internal referrals.
• Manage the full mortgage application process from initial enquiry to loan acceptance.
• Attend show flats, events, and networking activities, including occasional weekends or after-office hours.
• Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
• Cross-sell related financial products such as bancassurance and banking solutions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or any relevant qualifications.
• Minimum 2 years of banking sales experience (mortgage experience preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently in various environments.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s retail mortgage and real estate market is a strong advantage.
