A leading management services company in Singapore is seeking a candidate for generating modernization sales of elevators and escalators. The role involves fostering customer relationships, managing tender strategies, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Strong negotiation skills and technical knowledge are essential.
Responsible for generating modernisation sales of elevators and escalators.
Foster relationships with customers, contractors and architects and manage tender strategies
Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services
Perform preliminary design work with architect, general contractors and assist in developing budgets and schedules.
Analysis of market, industry trends and competitors and work closely with stakeholders to maximize sales and profitability
To negotiate with customers on price and terms & conditions.
Manage customers feedback, enquiries and issues
To achieve the Company’s budgets and objectives.
Conduct site survey prior to tender / proposal of Modernization
Liaise with factory on the technical matters to meet customer specification
Any other duties as may be reasonably required by the Company.
