Job summary

Job description

Location (Nearest MRT): Around Singapore mainland, territorial waters and offshore locations/islands

Salary: Up to $4,600 Basic Salary

Allowance(s): Yes, offshore and 24/7 allowance

Bonus: Yes

Duration of Work: 1 Year Contract, Renewable

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours + 24/7 Standby (Rostered)

Responsibilities:

• Perform Hands-on Radio Access Network (RAN) Preventive / Corrective maintenance work such as;

• Managing the daily operations and upkeep of RAN equipment.

• Diagnosing and resolving network issues to maintain performance.

• Implementing updates and upgrades for RAN components.

• Monitoring and enhancing the RAN's efficiency and effectiveness.

• Perform maintenance on Environmental Management System (EMS) and Video Management System (VMS).

• Perform RF Testing & Troubleshooting such as;

• Perform RF testing and optimization for outdoor 4G and in future 5G in-building projects.

• Troubleshoot, design and plan of RF network coverage using of RF test tools e.g. Spectrum Analyzer etc.

• Perform SysCon operation such as;

• Monitor and identify network failures, execute corrective actions, report and update customers, liaise with maintenance agencies and building owners, and assist in log retrieval.

• Service new UEs, update software, confirm failures, assist in tracking and remote wipe of lost UEs.
  General

• Provide software support, basic troubleshooting, and elevate to application vendors when necessary.

• Support Project Team to meet project delivery milestone.

• Work with sub-contractors to ensure work quality & timely delivery.

• Prepare technical documentation and reports.

Requirements:

• Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma or equivalent academic qualification

• Preferably has/had working experience in out-field operations

• Experience in Hands-on Radio Access Network (RAN) Preventive / Corrective maintenance work
  Possess driving license.

• Open travel out in the sea along Singapore offshore.

• Open to perform standby duty and shift work (rostered).

• Able to climb ladders
