As the Merchants Customer Service Field Representative, you will be key to auditing and servicing merchants for a financial institution in Singapore. You will be working in the retail environment, and you will be required to visit retail outlets island-wide.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Visit and service merchants assigned island-wide.
• Provide insights into the merchants' payment acceptance.
• Notify merchants of any upcoming marketing campaigns
• Testing of payment terminals and resolving the issue if any
• Deploy campaign/marketing POPs, sharing marketing insight with merchants
• Able to adapt to any ad hoc activities assigned.
• No selling is required.

To be a successful Merchants Customer Service Field Representative, you should have :

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• A proactive attitude, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent fluency and communication in English, and other languages are welcomed.
• A good credit rating
• Time management and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in handling challenging situations.
• Able to build good relationships with merchants.
• 1 year of retail store experience would be an added advantage.
