Qashier is looking for a Merchant Growth Executive to support our growth!

We are a dynamic and fast growing team that is excited about commerce, retail and payments, and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance the relationship with existing merchants by proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Leverage upsell and renewal opportunities: You'll advise merchants on new features and use cases within our platform to drive upsell opportunities into new features or higher subscriptions and convert existing customers to annual subscriptions.
  • Expand and grow payment volumes: You will leverage data to identify opportunities togrow payment volumes further for us and our merchants.
  • Churn management: Understand patterns and data to predict potential churn trends and develop stop‑gap measures.
  • Troubleshooting potential issues that may arise on the merchant's end. Working closely with the product development team on IT‑T‑related issues.
Requirements:
  • Experience in B2B/IT sales or account management/customer success experience.
  • Passionate about technology, fintech, and the F&B and retail space.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with good bilingual oral skills and readiness to go the extra mile for our merchants (local languages).
  • Highly driven and energetic individuals with a strong willingness to learn.
