Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking skilled Project Engineers specializing in M&E to oversee interior fit-out projects. The role involves planning, coordinating MEP activities, supervising on-site installations, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates should have relevant degrees, 3-7 years of experience, and proficiency in tools like AutoCAD. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience in MEP construction.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical power, ELV, plumbing & sanitary, and fire protection systems.
• Familiar with local codes and authority requirements such as BCA, PUB, SCDF and SP.

Responsibilities

• Review shop drawings specifications, and contract documents for MEP scope.
• Coordinate MEP activities with architectural, structural, and ID works.
• Supervise day-to-day MEP installation activities on site.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure safety compliance.
• Participate in final inspections and project handover processes.
