Job description

Responsibilities

• Assemble, align, and set up automated and robotic machines used in industrial automation, with a focus on PCBA and semiconductor applications.
• Ensure precision and accuracy in all assembly processes to meet quality standards.
• Read and interpret assembly instructions, AutoCAD 2D, and SolidWorks 3D drawings to guide assembly work.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other equipment for assembly, adjustment, and calibration of mechanical components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to assembly, alignment, and machine setup.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to implement system improvements and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assembly and setup processes.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar assembly or mechanical setup role is advantageous.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and familiarity with manufacturing software tools (e.g., SAP).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
