Position Overview

Reporting to the Head of Aftersales, the Mechanic will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles and equipment are maintained and repaired efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, proven leadership abilities, and extensive hands‑on experience with diagnostic tools, mechanical repairs, and servicing vehicles in an authorized dealership environment.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring overall operation of the garage, including safety, cleanliness and workflow efficiency
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections and perform quality control checks before vehicle delivery
  • Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
  • Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies or recurring issues in repairs processed; implement root‑cause solutions
  • Responsible for ensuring that vehicles are maintained according to a schedule to minimize breakdowns and maximize performance
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all repairs, maintenance activities and parts usage
  • Adhere to established procedures and guidelines for maintenance and repairs
  • Any other ad‑hoc duties assigned
