Job Summary
This 1-year renewable contract opportunity is for a Material Handler Specialist in Operations at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd. in the East Region. You will oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and timely shipment processing.
Responsibilities
- Follow all related operating processes to maintain compliance and operational efficiency
- Coordinate and communicate with customers and transporters to resolve daily operational issues
- Plan orders to meet customers’ shipment delivery and collection schedules
- Collect and prepare accurate data reports as required for operational review
- Administer cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records
- Ensure timely and orderly completion of all incoming shipments, including exchanges and returns
- Verify shipment documentation for accuracy and submit on time
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse operations
- Report all receiving non-conformances to the Executive promptly
- Safely lift goods weighing approximately 15-20kg as needed
- Perform outbound transaction processing using SAP system
- Conduct receiving operations using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Carry out additional duties as assigned to support warehouse functions
Preferred Competencies and Qualifications
- Preferably 1 year of related experience; fresh graduates or candidates without experience are welcome
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, VBA) to support data handling and reporting
- Experience in creating and using operations dashboards such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and external customers

- Alps Ave - 5 Days (Monday–Friday): 08:30 - 18:15
- Alps Ave - 4 Nights (Monday–Friday any 4 nights): 20:30 - 08:30
- Changi South - 5 Days (Monday–Friday): 20:30 - 06:15
- Greenwich - 5 Days (Monday–Friday): 08:00 - 17:45
- Greenwich - 5 Days (Monday–Friday): 11:15 - 21:00
- Tampines - 5 Days (Monday–Friday): 08:00 - 17:45
