Job Description

Responsibilities include assisting day to day operations and play management role in developing the business and provide :

• hair cut and colouring services
• scalp / hair treatments, shampooing, blow-dry styling, chemical treatments and processes to customer.
• safety standards and environmental cleanliness.
• customer's treatment progression & building good customer relationships
• assistance to customer in the selection of retail products or services for their hair care needs.
• training , mentoring and business development duties

This is a Management role and leadership is key and ability to development and mentoring is a pre- requisite
