Job summary

A leading banking technology provider in Singapore seeks a Marketing Support Officer. In this role, you will manage communications, prepare management reports, and support the Marketing Support Unit. Candidates must possess a degree and at least 1–2 years of credit administration experience. Proficiency in administrative tasks and strong communication skills are essential. This position is for Singaporeans only, offering a Monday to Friday workweek.

About the job Marketing Support Officer (Bank, Perm)

Location: CBD, Corporate banking
Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for internal bank customers, facilitating communication for CMD.
  • Prepare timely management reports and statistics from various sources like EDP systems and credit files.
  • Manage the Marketing Support Unit, providing administrative support to CMD officers, including:
  • Preparing materials for Loan Committee meetings.
  • Recording and forwarding legal documents to CAD.
  • Conducting searches on ACRA, World Check, Factiva, and Fircosoft.
  • Managing CAs due for review and coordinating target dates with AOs.
  • Drafting letters to customers for financial statements and insurance renewals.
  • Lead or assist in ad-hoc projects, including audit preparation, RAR, and Annual Budget coordination.
  • Provide administrative support to SAM as needed.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 1 2 years knowledge of credit administration, supporting banking loans
  • Proficient in administrative tasks, strong in PC usage and Excel are essential
  • Excellent communication abilities
