Job Description – Marketing Specialist – Asia Pacific (1800024A)
Responsibilities
- Plan, produce, and oversee execution of marketing and communications activities including the development of client facing collateral, internal marketing collateral and presentation support material
- Use creative skills to produce smart, engaging and edgy visuals to support internal and external customer needs
- Develop market‑leading content based on research and customer insights to drive lead generation and customer acquisition
- Monitor the CWT brand in Asia Pacific and ensure the correct translation of global brand guidelines to Asia Pacific marketing activities
- Oversee the organization and coordination of CWT’s sponsorship and representation at conferences, meetings, seminars, and other events
- Execute event marketing and event sponsorship plans
- Coordinate on‑site arrangements for all sponsored events
- Support client‑facing teams with the promotion of the CWT brand at client events
- Manage on‑site production for events as necessary
- Support and track lead generation at events – attendee lists, lead capture
- Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process
- Review and provide post‑event analysis ensuring measurability and quality
- Effectively brief external agencies and establish partnerships where necessary
- Build relationships between CWT and existing Industry & Non-industry Associations
- Deliver the local marketing strategy for CWT Solutions Group, CWT Meetings & Events, CWT Energy, Resources and Marine
- Work with business leader of each line of business in Asia Pacific to develop marketing strategies that are aligned to their business goals
- Work closely with CWT global marketing leaders to ensure alignment to global and local marketing objectives for each line of business
Qualifications
- Ability to create excellent collaboration between areas and within the marketing organization
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Experience in marketing, branding and/or creative design roles
- Experience with layout, image, photo editing
- Project management experience in a multicultural environment
- Excellent time management skills to plan and prioritize multiple activities
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills and an ability to use data to gain insights and drive decisions
- Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud – InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Average of 3 years of experience in a corporate environment as part of marketing organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or relevant work experience
