Position: Marketing & Operations Executive (Tug & Barge)
Company Overview:

We are a leading provider of tug and barge services, specializing in delivering reliable and efficient maritime solutions to our clients. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing & Operations Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth and operational excellence of our tug and barge services.

  • Up till $4000 basic + Transport Allowance (To be discussed during interview) + Variable Bonus
  • Pandan Crescent
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing & Sales: Promote and market the company’s tug and barge services to existing clients while developing new business opportunities in untapped markets. This includes direct and indirect sales for both the company’s own assets and/or third-party assets.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Support the Marketing Manager in identifying and formulating effective sales strategies to enhance the visibility and market reach of the tug and barge services.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Gather insights on market trends, competitive intelligence, and industry developments related to tug and barge operations. Provide feedback and strategic recommendations to the Marketing Manager.
  • Operations Management: Take ownership of day-to-day tug and barge operations, ensuring that services are delivered to clients at the highest quality standards.
  • Operational Readiness: Oversee the operational readiness of vessels, ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Support the Manager with any additional projects or duties as assigned, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the department.
