This role leads regional marketing strategy and execution for a fast-growing technology infrastructure provider. You'll translate products into compelling market propositions, drive brand awareness and customer adoption, build strategic partnerships, and support revenue growth. The position offers strong regional exposure, ownership of go-to-market launches, and the opportunity to grow alongside a rapidly expanding industry.

Adecco is partnering with a leading technology infrastructure provider in Southeast Asia, offering scalable hosting solutions, connectivity options, and advanced capabilities to support high-performance and AI-driven needs.

  • Develop and own marketing and go-to-market plans to drive brand awareness, customer adoption, and sales growth.
  • Work with Product and Sales to turn offerings into strong value propositions, messaging, and launch plans.
  • Execute campaigns, events, and digital marketing to generate leads, support revenue targets, and measure performance.
  • Strengthen market positioning through collaborations, competitive insights, and strategic programs.
  • Oversee brand consistency, PR activities, crisis communications, and internal/external messaging.
  • Plan company events and manage all marketing assets‑collaterals, website, social media, and digital content.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, product launches, and lead‑generation activities—ideally in tech, telco, or infrastructure-related industries.
  • Experience working closely with Product, Sales, and leadership teams, translating offerings into clear value propositions and driving commercial outcomes.
  • Able to manage regional marketing initiatives, analyze markets and competitors, and make data-driven decisions to support growth and brand positioning.
