Brief Description:
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Marketing Executive/Senior Marketing Executive to take ownership of GWS Living Art’s marketing activities. This role requires someone who is both creative and analytical - capable of leading campaigns end-to-end, managing content and digital initiatives, generating leads, and improving overall marketing performance. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager/Director and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, data-driven marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaigns
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, email, and paid channels.
  • Develop marketing content, visuals, and landing pages with internal and external teams.
  • Manage campaign budgets and optimise for performance and ROI.
Lead Generation & Funnel Management
  • Implement strategies to generate and nurture leads across digital channels.
  • Track conversions and work closely with Sales/BD to ensure lead quality.
Content & Branding
  • Manage content calendars for social media, website, and newsletters.
  • Support brand storytelling, case studies, and project showcases.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all platforms.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, engagement).
  • Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements.
Website, SEO & SEM
  • Coordinate website updates and content optimization.
  • Manage paid search campaigns and support SEO efforts with consultants.
