• Developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to promote our properties and drive leasing/sales targets
• Analysing market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with potential clients, tenants, and industry partners
• Coordinating and participating in property exhibitions, events, and networking activities
• Preparing compelling sales and marketing materials, such as presentations, brochures, and digital content
• Providing support in the negotiation and closing of leasing and sales agreements
