Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a marketing professional to manage campaigns and digital platforms. Responsibilities include planning marketing strategies, creating advertisements, and producing engaging content. Ideal candidates will have experience in e-commerce and online marketplaces. This role offers a salary of approximately $3,800 based on experience, and a workweek of Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Qualifications

• Experience with online platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop is desirable.
• Background in e-commerce within the retail industry preferred.

• Salary range: $3800 (Based on experience)
• 5 days / Monday to Friday 9am-6pm

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule marketing campaigns for promotions and product awareness.
• Manage online and media platforms (Facebook, Website, SGcarmart, Carousell, Marketing Blasts) and create advertisements for all departments.
• Design artwork and develop media materials for events and special occasions.
• Produce copywriting for ads and marketing content to drive engagement.
• Handle lead assignment in the CRM within an hour and follow up on lead progress, while managing all incoming enquiries across email, WhatsApp, Facebook, and phone.
• Prepare weekly marketing reports and support other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of online marketplace platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, TikTok Shop) is an advantage.
• Prefer candidate with similar e-commerce experience in retail industry.
