Responsibilities

• Prepare local listing samples and mock-ups for reviews.

• Handle last-minute requests from retailers.
• Oversee updates and compliance checks for 22 artworks.
• Maintain spec sheets and product master.
• Track eCommerce banner information for promotions.
• Manage local complaint cases requiring DHL coordination.
• Coordinate on-ground sampling activities.
• Support sponsorship outreach and execution.
• Manage storeroom stocks reconciliation and repacking.
• Assist in adhoc marketing operations and logistics.

Job description

Job scope:
✓ Liaise with designers, agencies, and printers on artwork development, revisions, and internal routing before submission into the SG portal.

✓ Measure and verify mock-ups and products locally to ensure compliance with BCRS guidelines before delivery.

✓ Check supplier’s e-proofs and LSDs (Label Specification Documents), and arrange for DHL delivery back when required.

✓ Ensure adherence to NEA BCRS (Bottle/Can Return Scheme) guidelines and timelines by coordinating with regulatory, marketing, and compliance teams.

✓ Prepare local listing samples and mock-ups for sales teams, retailers, and internal review.

✓ Be in charge of packing products for local mock-up creation across the 22 affected artworks.

✓ Coordinate packaging changes, label updates, and prototype approvals.

✓ Track and manage project timelines to ensure readiness before launch.

✓ Be responsive and proactive when handling sudden last-minute requests from retailers or BCRS requirements.

✓ Oversee a total of 22 affected artworks requiring updates and compliance checks.

✓ Creation of WBS events/activities for both Beverage & Health Enrichment monthly working closely with the Brand Managers and support in ensuring evaluations are closed timely.

✓ Maintain spec sheets and product master to ensure all product information is accurate and up-to-date.

✓ Track and manage eCommerce banner information for promotions and campaigns.

✓ Manage local complaint cases requiring DHL coordination.

✓ Coordinate on-ground sampling activities, including scheduling, packing, and deliveries.

✓ Support sponsorship outreach, liaising with partners and ensuring proper execution.

✓ Manage the storeroom stocks reconciliation and repacking of storeroom

✓ Assist in adhoc marketing operations and logistics
