ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to strengthen brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement.
• Create and manage content across digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, events, and newsletters etc.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Support media relations by preparing press releases, engaging with media contacts, and monitoring publicity coverage.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and visuals across all materials.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Track, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing and communication initiatives.
• Assist in the design and production of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and videos.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
