A leading company in the marketing sector is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support their marketing team. The role involves managing showrooms, handling client queries, conducting market research, and assisting with various marketing activities. Ideal candidates should have a diploma or equivalent and at least one year of relevant experience, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate professionally in both English and Mandarin.
A Marketing Assistant supports the marketing team by managing showroom, client queries and product introduction, administrative tasks, conducting market research, and assisting with events, marketing collaterals and promotional activities.
Assist, organize and prepare marketing campaigns and events.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer feedback.
Create and update marketing materials, including brochures, collaterals and social media content.
Support marketing executives in coordinating projects.
Maintain databases and track marketing performance.
Communicate with clients and build relationships.
Conduct Product & Marketing training & walkthrough (Internal & external)
Maintenance & update of Showroom & products
Website, medias & Social Media update
Preparation of samples & quote
Answering of queries
Deliver personalized experience for clients
Able to work independently and as a team
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Speak professionally in both English & Mandarin
Min Diploma or equivalent in relevant fields
Able to work on Saturdays (4.5 days week)
At least 1 year relevant work experience
