Responsibilities
- Assembles, wires, and adjusts prototype, pilot or production units using different levels of assembly documentation and a wide range of tools.
- Build instruments per configuration, work orders and integrate instruments with highest quality workmanship.
- Performs pretesting based on bath written and verbal procedures at the product and subassembly level.
- Makes any necessary changes to assembly documentation using red line process.
- Recommends process improvements to increase overall efficiency and to clarify areas of uncertainty during system builds.
- Assists Manufacturing Team in troubleshooting existing product lines.
Requirements
- Nitec in electronics / engineering with at least 1 years of manufacturing experience in electromechanical assemblies.
- Cleaning parts using degreaser machine
- Candidate must be able to carry items weighing up to 20 kg
- Must be able to read and understand manufacturing documentation including assembly drawings, testing documentation, part drawings, and electronic schematics.
- Knowledge of automation components such as motors, pneumatics, encoders, sensors, and lead screws.
- Good with the hands to handle delicate electronic components.
- Ability to communicate effectively, oral or written.
- Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision.
