Job summary

A leading HR consultancy is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Lead in Ang Mo Kio. The role involves liaising with customers and suppliers, managing production and budgets, and ensuring high standards of customer service. Candidates should have at least 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in manufacturing. A Class 3 driving licence is advantageous. Assistant Operations Manager

  • Salary: $4500 - $5500
  • Working Days: Mon - Fri (8:30am - 6pm)
  • Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
Responsibilities
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and production regarding purchases, procedures, product specifications, manufacturing capabilities, and project status.
  • Assist the Manager to oversee the functions, budget, systems and tools that contribute to the business's daily operations.
  • Create and monitor short-term objectives and plan resource needs, executing organisational strategies to enhance coordination between departments and leadership.
  • Assist the manager with administrative tasks and support other functions as required.
  • Act as the key contact for customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain good relationships with vendors.
  • Collaborate with ground staff and Heads of Department to ensure cohesive expectations and standards for company objectives.
  • Offer insights to create plans for simplifying processes, systems, and tools that help with primary business operations, planning, and long‑term strategies for growth and progress.
  • Perform any other duties and assignments from the manager as required.
