Job summary

A marine operations company in Singapore is looking for a skilled individual to oversee crew movements and maintain safety awareness. The ideal candidate should have some marine experience, be a responsible team player, and possess good communication skills. Responsibilities include managing crew lists, ensuring proper equipment condition, and coordinating inspections. Proficiency in MS Office is required, along with at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

  • Preferable have some Marine experience.
  • Responsible and committed Team Player.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills including Oral & Writing.
  • Proficient in using computer applications / systems (includes MS Office).
  • At least 1 year of working experience in related field.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, plan and oversea the crew movement (sign-on/ sign-off).
  • Maintain and update crew list and personnel files.
  • Ensure the safety awareness among the crew and boat.
  • Coordinate registry surveys and craft licence inspection.
  • Arrange for boat’s lay-up and breakdown procedures.
  • Ensure the boat’s lifting gear are in good condition.
  • Conduct investigation and submit incident report and complaints.
  • In-charge of ISO audit reports.
  • Oversee the operations flow at jetty offices.
  • Perform other ad hoc jobs as needed.

  • Coordinate, arrange and participate in the registry surveys and craft licence inspection
  • Arrange for boat’s lay‑up, breakdown and other necessary procedures
  • Ensure the boat’s lifting gear are in good working condition and in order
  • Conduct investigation and submit incident report and complaints
  • In-charge of the ISO audit reports (annually)
  • Oversee the operations flow at jetty offices
  • Other ad hoc jobs as and when needed
