A leading financial services firm in Singapore is seeking a leader for its Digital Assets organization. This position involves driving business strategy, coordinating multi-year commercial plans, and engaging with clients. The ideal candidate must have over 12 years of relevant experience, a problem-solving mindset, and a proven record of leadership in blockchain technology. A strong individual contributor is needed to align regional initiatives with global strategies while ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining a high performance culture.
Thisis a leadershiprole within the Digital Assets organization at BlackRock, a business unit that leads our efforts across the firm’s activities in digital assets, includingcrypto assets,stablecoinsand tokenization. Thisteam develops the firm’s strategy around digital assets, oversees its execution in concert with partner teams, and takes a leadingrole inengaging with clients and other external stakeholders.
