Job summary

A leading interior design firm in Singapore is looking for a senior management professional to provide strategic direction and oversee operations in their interior design and fit-out business. The role involves driving business development, managing key relationships, and ensuring project delivery aligns with quality standards. Candidates should have strong leadership, negotiation skills, and at least 6 years of relevant experience in the industry. A degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

  • Good commercial and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key client, developer, consultant, and main contractor relationships.
  • Lead and manage senior management, designers, project managers, and site teams.
  • Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with building, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage key subcontractors, suppliers, and strategic partners.
  • Resolve major project, client, and operational issues.
  • Represent the company in major negotiations and business engagements.
