Job description
Responsibilities

You will be responsible to provide guidance to the Financial Analyst (FA) in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets and finance operation matters to ensure timely reporting to various stakeholders. You will assist in costing of services, to determine pricing and seek agreement from stakeholders. You will be the point of contact in Finance for value based payments initiatives and ensure the orderly set up of financial framework of the project for smooth delivery. You will also assist the medical team in their understanding and decision making on financial matters. You will also undertake ad-hoc projects from time to time.

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or Degree in Finance /Accounting
  • At least 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, including 3 to 4 years of supervisory experience
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Excellent decision making and negotiation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong team player and collaborator
  • Independent worker, meticulous with strong drive to complete tasks and projects assigned
