As a Manager/Senior Manager - Finance (FPNA) in the Corporate Finance department in Mumbai, you will be a strategic finance leader responsible for managing and scaling our planning and analysis functions. Your role will also involve serving as a critical business partner across leadership teams, driving performance, enabling strategic decision-making, and providing forward-looking insights that shape our growth trajectory.Your key responsibilities will include:- Owning the annual operating planning (AOP) and rolling forecast cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals and market dynamics.- Partnering with executive leadership to provide deep insights through MIS reports, variance analyses, and investor-ready presentations.- Driving business performance reviews, proactively highlighting variances, risks, and opportunities.- Developing business monitoring dashboards and operational KPI frameworks for real-time visibility and action.- Leading the development and financial validation of pricing models for new and existing business opportunities.- Evaluating inorganic growth strategies including M&A financial modeling, due diligence support, and post-deal integration planning.- Leading capital budgeting initiatives, ensuring optimal investment decisions based on ROI and strategic fit.- Overseeing revenue assurance processes and contract evaluation to ensure financial compliance and performance.- Identifying and implementing process improvements, automation, and best practices to enhance the quality and timeliness of financial outputs.We are looking for someone with the following core competencies:- Leadership & People Development- Strategic Thinking- Analytical Rigor- Communication & Influence- Execution FocusedPersonal attributes we value include high professional integrity, resilience under pressure, proactivity, drive, strong customer service orientation, adaptability to fast-paced business needs, and the ability to operate with minimal supervision.In this role, you can expect to work directly with senior leadership teams across global geographies, lead a high-impact function that influences strategic and operational decision-making, and play a key role in the ongoing transformation and scale-up journey of a Nasdaq-listed enterprise.Qualification requirements include a CA or MBA (Finance) from a premier institution, 12+ years of relevant FP&A experience preferably within the IT/consulting/services industry, proficiency in Excel, financial modeling tools, and BI/dashboard platforms.You will report to the Chief Accounting Officer.
