Manager / Senior Manager, Commercial Growth

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager/Senior Manager to support our strategic objectives through commercial initiatives. You will be responsible for executing targeted sales, partnerships, and tenancy strategies to drive revenue, enhance commercial partnerships, and optimize space utilization.

What You Will Do
  • Business Planning & Revenue Generation: Develop and execute strategies to enhance revenue streams, manage the sales pipeline, and drive initiatives to boost event sales and space utilization.
  • Business Development: Utilize market research to identify new markets, partnership opportunities, and revenue channels. Support negotiations and develop unique commercial offerings.
  • Key Account & Partnership Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners. Negotiate and manage partnerships to co-create activities and events.
  • Tenancy & Property Management: Oversee tenancy management and contractual agreements to optimize space utilization. Attract suitable tenants and monitor lease agreements for profitability.
What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience in commercial sales, partnership development, and contract/property management within entertainment, sports, or retail sectors.
  • Proven ability to work independently with strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore's market dynamics in the events industry.
