Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth for our events and programs across Singapore and international markets. This role covers a wide portfolio including corporate team building, product launches, tour group activities, school excursions, and partnership projects. The Sales Manager is responsible for business development, pricing, strategic sales planning, and product innovation, with a focus on Corporate, Travel Agencies, Schools, and Alliance Partners. In addition to leading sales efforts, this role involves mentoring junior team members and removing obstacles to accelerate sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
  • Lead the team to achieve sales targets across assigned market segments.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain new and existing business opportunities.
  • Execute sales strategies through both traditional and innovative methods.
  • Develop and implement tactical plans aligned with company goals and the full portfolio of event and program offerings.
  • Drive incremental revenue to support sustainable business growth.
Strategic Planning & Analysis
  • Compile and analyze sales reports, financial data, and market intelligence to inform decision‑making.
  • Represent the department in internal meetings and external industry engagements.
Team Leadership & Support
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance benchmarking for junior team members.
  • Share product knowledge regularly and support staff development.
Reporting Line & Collaboration
  • Reports to: General Manager
  • Collaborates with: Marketing, Business Development, and other support teams
Qualifications
Required
  • Degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in a sales role, ideally in the events or tourism sector.
  • Strong industry network within corporate, education, government, and travel sectors.
  • Solid understanding of market trends and competitive offerings.
  • Ability to manage event‑related queries and deliver tailored client solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.
  • Agile, customer‑focused, and accountable team player.
Preferred
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior sales staff.
  • Demonstrated input into marketing campaigns and product development.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills with key decision‑makers across segments.
