Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Manager to lead the portal’s development and operations. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in digital platforms and insurance, with a passion for transforming how people engage with insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and launch of the insurance fintech portal
• Curate and recommend optimal insurance policies to clients, across life and general insurance
• Collaborate with insurance providers, partners, and internal teams to enhance offerings
• Monitor trends in insurance and fintech to continuously improve the platform
• Oversee user experience, digital engagement, and platform analytics

Requirements

• Strong background in insurance (both life and general insurance) and digital technology
• Proven experience in product management, fintech platforms, or digital advisory services
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret insurance data and client needs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Energetic, young-minded, and entrepreneurial in approach

Preferred

• Experience with online insurance platforms, digital advisory, or comparison tools
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in insurance
• Knowledge and proficiency in basic coding, AI adoption, and/or RPA are preferred and advantageous
