Overview

As Manager in Group Finance, you will support the financial administration and management of SingHealth's Division of Education. Your day-to-day responsibilities include preparing annual budgets, conducting periodic forecasts and managing funding disbursements to respective institutions. You will monitor and analyse education financial functions and performance, as well as review and develop pricing and chargeback models for services rendered.

Responsibilities
  • Working closely with stakeholders, you will assist with education financial/costing related areas for development projects and new services/programmes.
  • You will also assist in reviewing business processes, implementing internal controls, and offering financial advisory support for strategic initiatives and service agreements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting with at least 6 years of relevant experience in financial and management accounting roles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and financial modelling
  • Good understanding of financial reporting standards, accounting principles and statutory regulations will be preferred
