Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end closing process and reporting, providing accurate financial insights through in-depth analysis to support Group Management Reporting.
• Collaborate with Business Units and Departments to deliver timely monthly financial performance reports and rolling forecasts for informed decision-making.
• Oversee the preparation of annual budgeting templates and partner with stakeholders to develop comprehensive, accurate budgets that enhance financial ownership.
• Evaluate business cases, capital investments, and strategic initiatives in conjunction with senior management.
• Drive continuous process improvements and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
• Coordinate surplus fund management and cashflow projections in line with the investment mandate set by the Investment Committee, supporting its administrative and governance needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications such as ACCA or CPA are preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, including at least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and foster cross-departmental partnerships.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial or ERP systems and tools (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, Sage 300, Power BI).
